Dieudonnée Yakubu-Ogede

Dieudonnée Yakubu-Ogede is Director of Operations at CEASE, bringing over a decade of experience in strategy, operations, and organisational transformation across NGOs, membership bodies, and mission-driven organisations.

She holds an MA in Human Rights from University College London and a BA in Theology and Religion from University of Oxford, and brings a strong human rights and values-based approach to her leadership.

Dieudonnée has held senior roles at  Confederation of British Industry, The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, and Hook Tangaza, where she has led cross-functional teams, strengthened organisational systems, and translated evidence and insight into effective strategy and delivery. She also serves as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director at AfriKids UK.

Her work is grounded in a commitment to human dignity, justice, and equality. She is particularly passionate about building high-performing organisations and cultures that combine strong governance, clear strategy, and operational excellence. At CEASE, she focuses on strengthening systems, enabling effective delivery, and supporting the organisation to scale its impact in challenging sexual exploitation.
