We are very pleased to publish our new extensive comparative law report on why the United Kingdom must introduce the “abolitionist model” of prostitution law reform, available to read for free HERE.
This new report offers a comprehensive insight into why we maintain that prostitution is a global human rights violation, and why it must be abolished. It compares different legal approaches spanning New Zealand (blanket decriminalisation); Germany (legalisation); Sweden (Nordic Model); and the UK (partially regulated/unregulated), and utilises extensive national and international data to show that the abolitionist/Nordic Model is the most effective way to protect the human rights of those involved in prostitution.
